Weche Social Solutions LLC was founded by Dr. Daelee Weche, DSW, MSW, LSW, a social-work professional with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and diverse communities across healthcare, behavioral health, community-based services, care coordination, advocacy, case management, and resource navigation.

Dr. Weche earned her Doctor of Social Work (DSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Medgar Evers College, and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Kingsborough Community College. Her interdisciplinary education has shaped an approach that combines social-work practice, systems navigation, advocacy, and practical problem-solving.

She maintains Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credentials in Indiana, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. Her professional background has included work in behavioral health, crisis support, healthcare and managed-care coordination, family support, community outreach, complex-needs case management, systems navigation, and services for underserved populations.

Throughout her career, Dr. Weche has worked with individuals facing life transitions, emotional and behavioral-health challenges, housing instability, complex medical and social needs, and barriers to accessing services. Her work has emphasized trauma-informed practice, dignity, empowerment, culturally responsive communication, advocacy, and helping people understand and navigate systems that can often feel overwhelming.

Dr. Weche is Certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her professional experience is also informed by prior training and previously held certifications in areas including addictions-informed mental health, shame-informed treatment, and anger management. These areas reflect past training and experience and are not presented as current certifications unless otherwise stated.

Weche Social Solutions LLC grew from that broader professional foundation. The company was created to provide practical, client-centered services that reduce barriers, improve access, and support greater stability and independence. Today, the business brings together concierge notary services, translation services, immigration filing assistance, independent living support, case management, resource coordination, life-skills support, and community referrals under one professional brand.
